Moving!

Some big news! We have made the decision to move back to our native North Dakota. We'll be living in Bismarck in less than a month. I can hardly believe it and I'm so saddened to leave South Carolina. We have made a life here and we will miss so many people and so much about living in the South!

Thank you to all my Norwex customers over the years, especially those here in SC. I started my little business here at a crucial time in my life and I'm grateful for the time I had to focus on Norwex and help bring chemical-free cleaning to South Carolina. I still plan be a Norwex consultant in ND. You are welcome to order via my website (www.heatherkasowski.norwex.biz) and have your items shipped directly to you. I also have one consultant in Batesburg/Leesville (Stephanie Couch) and will soon be adding another consultant in Columbia (Jan Orner). Either would be happy to be your consultant and do a party for you! Just let me know and I will get you in contact with them.

Norwex will roll out new products at their conference in August so be on the look out for that info!

Hope you are having a great summer!

Heather

Account Hacked.

My Enviro Heather (Norwex) yahoo email account was hacked today. What a frustrating thing! I hope no one clicked on any of the links. I tried sending an "apology" email to all of my contacts but it won't let me because of suspicious activity. Go figure. I have everything changed and secure now, however, so hopefully there will be no more issues.

Sorry folks!

Heather

Hi!

If you got an email from my Norwex account today, I'm sorry. It did that automatically even though I didn't authorize it. Sigh.

I've been MIA with Norwex lately. So sorry. I am keeping up with things just enough... but not taking the time to devote lots to my biz. I'm still a consultant though, so let me know if you need me to step up and do a party!

Back Burner

Being with family much of November (and again heading out for 17 days come Saturday), I've definitely put Norwex on the back burner.

And the great thing about Norwex is that's okay! I choose how much I want to put into this and as long as I do a little here and there, I can stay a little happy consultant. My goal was never to be the bestest, greatest consultant. I never want to see relationships as "potential customers". I do love my Norwex but I don't want my love for a product to overshadow seeing people as friends or well, people. Besides, if you know me long enough, you'll learn. I am not business minded/sales minded and as long as I'm okay with that, it's all good!

So on the back burner my blog will stay until I get rolling and do a few parties come 2013!

Speaking of burners, I am ashamed to admit I used to just throw away drip pans from our old school stove because I didn't want to deal with cleaning them (and yes, I would do this right before my mom would come to visit!). I really just never had any success with cleaning them and I do abhor dirty dish water. But since Norwex spirinetts entered my life, I can clean them lickity-split with minimal grossness. I do replace the one drip pan that I use most frequently at times, but much less often than I used to! I love those little stainless steel miracle workers! I really should give them out to everyone I know.

To Clean My Whole House:

I use this:

And that's pretty much it. It's my bucket-o-goods.

1 Enviro Cloth - the must have for um, every room
1 Cleaning Paste - for the kitchen sink, bathrooms, any goo
1 Window/Polishing Cloth - for the mirrors and windows (who am I kidding, I don't clean windows weekly)
1 Spirisponge - to use with the Paste for my tub, extra scrubbing power
1 Dusting Mitt - for my fans and all around dusting

Of course as a consultant I have lots of other Norwex products I use... but for my often "spruce up the house" cleaning, this is all I use. Just one bucket, water and some elbow grease.

I feel like if I had this bucket, I could manage just fine in keeping up my home.

Just thought you'd like to know!

I think I'm going to have a Norwex party at my house. Haven't had one since I started and I think it's time to have fun... for my friends and customers!

A few [new] Norwex products!

Every August Norwex rolls out new products and here are a few you may want to know about!
This is the product I'm most excited about! It's an all-in-one product (in gel form) that is good for cleaning and descaling toilets, sinks, tubs, porcelain and glass, counters, floors and hard surfaces! Yes please!

It does NOT contain APE (alkylphenol ethoxylates) which can mimic estrogen and have reproductive effects on aquatic organisms... um, what?! It also does not contain phosphates.

Blue Diamond has both descaling ingredients to work against rust, hard water salts and lime as well as surfactants which increases its cleaning power against oil, grease, etc. The surfactants are where it differs from the regular Descaler product (and it is a gel).

Does it work? All the reports I hear are a yes! Whew!

This is the new color of kitchen cloths. Along with the blue we've seen, this is the new salmon color. They are no longer selling the yellow/beige/green kitchen cloths and are only selling salmon and blue. Great for those of you with a salmon and/or blue kitchen!

This is a microfiber mat for drying dishes. I'm not sure if this Dish Mat is better than the others out there but I'm hoping the mesh feature puts it a step above the rest. Plus it folds!

I KNOW many of you will be happy to know that these are the NEW body pack colors! They are called "Vintage" and it has a teal and latte color (along with beige). For those that use these on your face every day, you have more color options than Natural and Vibrant. They also have big bath towels and hand towels in these new colors. Vintage is all the rage now.

This is the newest addition to the infamous Norwex mop line. It's a Tile Mop. For those of you that weren't able to get into the Mop System because of your tile flooring. The zig zag pattern maximizes cleaning power on hard surfaces - tile flooring, textured linoleum flooring, boats, and difficult to clean hard surfaces. Perfect for those cleaning jobs where you need a little extra scrubbing power... which is like everything, right?

Plus they rolled out two new products in the personal care line. The Naturally Timeless Radiant Eye Cream (I know I have some customers that would love this!) and Timelss Lip Balm.

Have you used any of the new products? What are your thoughts?
